If you are involved in any way in the Sunday service and coffee in the hall afterwards, you will receive a bulletin with names highlighted in yellow. So if you receive a bulletin by email from KAT, make sure to scroll through and see what you signed up to do!!      

Thrifty SMILE Card.  Support St. Mary’s by shopping at Thrifty Foods. All you need is a SMILE Card. Load up your card before you shop at Thrifty’s, use it to pay for your groceries and 5% of your purchase will go directly to St. Mary’s! It’s as easy as that. You can use your VISA card to load it and still get your air miles. Ask Elaine or Selinde for your card today. And maybe your neighbour would like one??    

If you have QF (Quality Foods) points, would you consider signing them over to NCS (Nanoose Community Services)?  They have been so supportive of us – contributing $1000 to our hall renovation – and we would like to support them as well. They can use the QF points to buy food vouchers for their clients. If you do sign yours over, please let Selinde know and we will send a card when we have at least 10 people so they know what we are doing. Selinde has 3 names already!    

OUR YEARLY Poinsettia order deadline; Nov. 7, 10:30am!  This is one of the programs that help raise funds for St. Mary`s.   There are order pamphlets in the office and outside the office on the bulletin board.  Delivery will be around Nov. 21ish.       

John Sandiford’s glasses are still MIA!  He left them in the Hall Oct. 24.  They are in a plastic brown case.  Please let him know or turn into office.

Your Silent Auction special preview; Sunday Nov. 18.  WOW… there are some great items this year.  Be sure to check it out. 

And the Christmas Fair Saturday Nov 24; 9:30am-2:30pm is fast approaching.  There are sign-up sheets in the Hall after service if you’d like to volunteer.  Any little bit helps!           

It’s MEATLOAF & all the fixings this month.  YUMMY!  FREE Community Dinner is Monday Nov. 19; 4-pm.  Let’s keep up the good work and have record numbers.       

Celebration of Life for Hilkka Bailey Saturday, November 10th;  1-4pm Ladner United Church 4960 48th Ave, Ladner The Internment of her ashes will occur here at St. Mary’s sometime in the Spring.
