Pick up your monthly March calendar this Sunday.  The Commissioning of the new Parish Council will also happen during the service.    

Movie Monday February 25; 4 pm.  This month is a lighthearted comedy “Groundhog Day”.  Please join us.

The new Parish Council will meet for a brief orientation Wednesday Feb 27; 12:30 pm in the library.

Coming Up in March Friday, March 1st, 2-4pm – World Day of Prayer – here at St. Mary’s this year.  Please see Mary Holte if you can help with the service or Rita Gibson, if interested in the food aspect. Mark your calendar and plan to attend!

Tuesday March 5th  -  Shrove Tuesday Pancake lunch;  11-1pm.  Sign up Sunday in the hall to help or contact Marrianna Westinghouse.

Wednesday, March 6th  10am  Ash Wednesday service in church. No HUB - bible study, hymn sing or lunch.

Wednesday March 13th afternoon “What Gives you Joy” workshop with Mary Holte. Please let the office know if you are planning to attend so we can prepare accordingly.

Lenten Journey: for Lent we have decided to do a series of Lenten Meditations on Wednesdays at 10am just before Bible Study and Hymn Sing.  Join us in the Library on Wednesdays starting March 13th.  Trefor and Selinde  

Annual Faith & Fellowship Gathering at St. Marks Anglican Church, Qualicum Beach.  Dinner (Sunday March 31) & Monday April 1 & Tuesday April 2-Gather.  $60 each with  drop ins per speaker $10-no meals.  See bulletin board in the middle main entranceway fort more details.       

Coming Up in April Joint Bottle Drive & Yard Sale with St. Mary & Tumaini.  Saturday April 6; 10-2pm. Start bringing  your recyclables and items that are in need of “rehoming” for the Yard Sale.  And a whole bunch of other events.
